MONITORING

At MANCOM, monitoring is at the heart of our operations. We specialize in a diverse array of tailored services, including third-party monitoring, remote monitoring, real-time monitoring, and gathering beneficiary feedback. Our initiatives are designed to ensure the integrity of activities and facilitate strategic adjustments.

We operate within a strict organizational compliance framework, upholding the highest standards of organization and industry practices, including core humanitarian standards.

Our role is akin to that of a discerning ally, one who is fully cognizant of and sensitive to the realities on the ground. This approach has been honed across more than six monitoring projects with FCDO and Tetra Tech (Coffey) since 2014. In our monitoring efforts, we reference essential activities and performance indicators detailed in project/program proposals and logical frameworks (LFA).


EVALUATION

MANCOM’s evaluation services are comprehensive, integrating a multifaceted approach that employs both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Our techniques include, but are not limited to, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), listening workshops, community data gathering workshops, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), Group Discussions (GDs), as well as stakeholder, household, and beneficiary surveys.

Our evaluations typically adopt a quasi-experimental design, aligning with organizational standards and criteria such as relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. We conduct a range of evaluations, including prospective, midline, process, endline, and impact evaluations, utilizing both formative and summative approaches to deliver insightful and actionable results.
